We would like to welcome a new member to the SECJams family. Hunter Tigert was born and raised a Vanderbilt fan in Nashville, TN. He graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN with a degree in History. While at Rhodes he joined the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, and was a letterman on the football team for 4.5 years as a placekicker, where he still holds the records for most PATs attempted and made. Hunter moved around after college, during which time he lived in Colorado and Maine, both during the winter. He advises against making such decisions for anybody who doesn't like cold weather. Since moving back to Nashville in 2008, he has done a variety of things, most of which include near fights with UT fans, starting the wave at the Liberty Bowl in 2011 while not totally remembering having done so, and losing his voice at almost every Vandy sporting event. Even though Vandy is sometimes considered the odd-man-out in the SEC, Hunter does not shy away from this unique trait, and instead embraces it and shoves it in your face.
