For the 145th time, LSU and Auburn will square off on the hardwood with LSU having a chance to finish the SEC portion of their schedule at .500 for the first time since their 2009 SEC championship season in Auburn Arena. Last season the Bayou Bengals won their first game in Auburn Arena 62-55 and defeated the Tigers this year in Baton Rouge 65-58 in overtime.

On Wednesday, Auburn lost a tough one on the road at Coleman Coliseum against the Crimson Tide 55-49, a game that they had the lead in during the early part of the second half.

For the Bayou Bengals, their second straight loss came at the hands of Tennessee in overtime 74-69, a game in which they had an 11-point lead at the half and ended up getting outscored in the second half and overtime 50-36.

At home this season, Auburn has notched big wins over Mississippi State and an overtime win over Ole Miss in overtime. In January, they nearly pulled off a monumental upset of Kentucky in Auburn Arena, losing 68-53 to the #1 Wildcats where Rob Chubb had 14 points and eight rebounds for the Tigers in the loss.

For LSU, the Bayou Bengals have only one road win in conference play, a victory over South Carolina on Feb. 18th and with nothing but a .500 record in conference to play for, it's going to be interesting to see where their heads are after the UT loss.
